Review Policy:
I began The Reading Geek in November of 2010. I only review Young Adult literature on the blog.
I'm only accepting Young Adult books in the following genres; contemporary, paranormal, romance, mystery, fantasy, and some science fiction. I accept finished books, ARCS, and e-books for review. I'm currently not accepting any self-published books. Sorry but I currently don't have enough time, but I will sometimes make the occasional exception if a book really catches my eye.
In all of my reviews I provide the book cover, release date, a link to purchase the book, a synopsis, my honest review, and my honest rating. I will not compromise my integrity as a reviewer, therefore my reviews will always be honest. However, my negative reviews are not about bashing a book or an author. A negative review will respectfully discuss what I did not like about the book, but also what I did like and what another person may like.
Reviews will be published on the blog, Tumblr, and Goodreads. I may post the review to Amazon and Barnes and Noble upon request. I also link to all of my reviews through Twitter and Facebook.
*I will try my best to reply to an email but if you do not hear a response from me within two weeks then I'm most likely not interested or have the time to accept requests at the moment. I do greatly appreciate the time taken to send me an email though.
I'm also more than happy to host an author interview, book spotlight, author guest post, or giveaway.
